Default ROPE SKIPPING

Rope skipping is excellent for cardio and provides fun variety. It's cheap and requires little space unlilke a treadmill. Also it burns more calories in less time. I like to do burpees in between for added intensity. 2 minutes of rope skipping then 30 burpees works wonders
