Default The shocking dangerous ill-effects of soy-based food. - My True Story

http://www.worldnetdaily.com/news/ar...TICLE_ID=53327

My first post here and I am here to tell of the dangers of soy-based food like tofu and soy milk.

Do go to the website above and read the article before reading below.

Reading the article just made me realised how the supposedly "miracle food - soy" has been screwing up my life even before I was born.

I am now 27 years old, male Chinese and diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism which is an illness that generally affects females more than males. I have always been wondering why I have this troubling illness that caused weight gain, muscle loss and depression throughout my life when it is supposed to be hereditary and none of my other family members have it.

Now after reading the article and questioning my mum, I now notice the link between my thyroid disease and soy food. My mum told me that when she was pregnant with me, she was advised by my grandmother to take a lot of tofu and soy milk as it was supposedly nutritious. She took the advise and took soy food daily. Before me, was my older sister and older brother. I was the third and youngest child. While my mum was pregnant with my older sister and older brother, she did not had the opportunity to consume soy food as it was not commonly available back in the village she was staying. I seem to be the lucky one to be pumped with such nutritious stuff.

I also have been "cursed" with a small set of genitals which I assured you is below average even for Asians though I am hesitant to reveal the actual dimensions. I have always been conscious of my "small size" and this has been a cause of my low self-esteem since I always get laughed at by my elder brother and father who had slightly above average length penis. I often wondered if I was not "directly related" to my father since I should have inherited his genes for a similar sized dong.

Now with the article citing soy food as a cause for under-developed male genitals, I am somewhat pissed with my mum for "poisoning" me and causing my life-long inferiority complex. I can't really blamed her but I still feel pissed for being robbed of a set of normal male genitals.

Physically, I have prominent male features with broad shoulders and average Asian height of 5' 8. I am fortunately still heterosexual though I do suspect I might turn out to be bisexual in the future. My thyroid disorder has caused muscle loss and I am embarrassed to say that though I am good for lifting heavy objects for a short time (5-10 mins), I have experienced total muscle weakness after some heavy carrying. My female friends could actually carry more than me which makes me look pathetically weak.

Emotion-wise, I am at times prone to severe depression and was at one point suicidal but fortunately did not carry out the act. Soy food do pump loads of estrogen into body and reduce testosterone production which I suspect had an effect on my emotional well-being.

All this trouble just because of a little yellow bean.

I have ceased consuming any soy-based food for a couple of months now and my thyroid condition have been under control. My depression and mood swings has lessen in frequencies as well. The only issue remaining is the "size" issue but I have somewhat accepted the fact and have shifted to focus more on building my Alpha mental state to the point I will no longer view it as an issue. Good thing is I am blessed with "the most approachable eyes" and have little problem attracting women with my rapidly developing and solidifying Alpha mental state. If my "size" is an issue for them, well..goodbye and "Next please!".

I hope the article and my story can help spread the awareness of the danger of "poisoning" by the innocent looking soy bean.

Before I end, I have to say thanks to Carlos for your "Secrets of the Alpha Male". You have helped turned my life around in many ways. You made me realise how important it is to work on my inner game and Alpha mental state. May your work reach out and help many more like me.

Default Dangers of Soy

Zyblack,

There is a system developed for treating things like your problem with Soy that is very effective. I think your problem isn't so much what soy has done to you in the past but what it can do to you in the future if your body continues to respond to it in the way you describe.

I too had problems with soy, and avoid it like the plague.

I've been in treatment for a lot of immune system problems that stemmed from a (western) doctor prescribing too many antibitiocs to me in the past. This treatment has cleared up so much of it that I rarely get sick anymore, even the common cold evades me. I now do everything I can to avoid antibiotics as well.
