Default My Muscle Building, Fat Torching WOD

Hi My name is Bobby and I am a Personal Trainer in
Torrance Ca.

Here's my attempt today on cutting off any
Holiday weight gain. And keep that
Alpha Body

Decided to stick with Kettlebells:

Circuit 1
High Pull
Sumo Deadlift
Swings
Dips
10 Each in a circuit 3 times

Circuit 2
Cleans
Alt Swings
Med Ball Push ups
10 Each x3

Circuit 3
Front Squat
Single Leg Deadlift
10 each x 3

Lightbulb Nutrition

Nice post, thanks. I'm training an MMA fighter with his boxing skills and have a good heard for exersize. I always look at what other fitness instructors have to say about nutrition. This plays a HUGE role in our fitness. What is your take on getting that cut body in the nutrition department?
