running 2km then i do a prayer on walking back .....this my exersise.... 8)

Kettlebells. I've always worked out with weights but I think these give you more bang for your buck. Also here's an interesting little aside, earlier in the year my brother was staying with me. I happened to wander past him looking for a shirt and he said "what the hell have you been doing to yourself, you look huge" After explaining he said "before you looked like a collection of bodyparts, now you look like a man"
