Women Collectors

Hi:

I have always heard about certain women being collectors. Collectors are women who show signs of interest and lead you on like their very interested in you. Then once you show signs of interest, they get cold on you and stop talking to you like they're mad at you for something. It's very frustrating and childish.

I have this women who has been showing signs of interest for a long time and then she'll get cold on you when I show interest. Then she'll try her same crap again with her smiles, etc. It's like a drug she needs to be on.

I guess my question is how do you know when I women is doing it just to see if she can hook you and nothing else? I'm glad I haven't wasted to much time on this one, because I think all she is doing is wanting the attention. And when she gets it..she gets cold again. But she always smiles in a flirtation way and always stares at me from across the room, etc.

But this women never comes up to me first to start the conversation. She just smiles at me all the time and walks by me to get my attention. And when we do converse, (it's me going up to her first) she has not once asked one thing about me personally. She's nice to talk to, but I think it's all about her.

So...even though it really doesn't bother me talking to her....I am tired of the games she plays. And I am attracted to her a lot. I mean is she interested or not.

Should I just ignore this women for now on and just walk by her and act like she doesn't exist or what? I mean it's obvious she's playing a serious head game with me.

So I guess what I'm asking is "What's the best way to give her a dose of her own medicine...because that's what she needs and deserves?" Thank you.

Sorry for the long delay in response- I usually get a ping to my email when there's a message. ( I will check out the problem with Mr. Xuma when he gets back from hobnobbing in Hefnerville.)

So yeah, the plucky girl. You're attracted to her. Really? I would think that by now, even if she was drop dead gorgeous, her irritating game would make her look more like Quazi Moto then Angelina Jolie. Yes, she is playing games. It sounds as though she has major self esteem issues, and as you already mentioned the world revolves around her every whim and whistle. I think it's a waste of time to teach Cruella a lesson- let her wallow in her self adsorption on her time. As for you, when you see her you can give her a nod and move on. To stoop to her level makes you appear indigent. Remember, she's the needy one not you.

Now off with you- flirt with real women who deserve your attention, and have the common decency to at least pretend they are interested in your life. ;-)
