Close your eyes.
Imagine ALL your problems and worries. Let them all fill your head and your brain. It's like a flood of intensity overcoming your mind. Let it all in, like a dumb ass bouncer at the door of a party. See how intense you can let it get before your mind just reboots like it's running Windows. This is a great meditation called "floodwaters" that shows A) how much you can take when you just let it all overcome you, B) that in contrast, when you're done, you'll think that all those worries are pretty freakin' frail, and C) your thoughts are NOT YOU. Try this one and let me know what you discover.

I've recently been promoted to management at my job, and I've been hit with a lot of problems and worries. Doing this exercise truly did help a little. I feel as if the pressures and responsibilities I've been hit with lately can be relaxed more easily by doing something like this occaisionally.

I just tried this today.. To force myself to get all these negative blocks in my head.... The mind is truly an awesome thing.. When I really started feeling all these negative thoughts filling me, my mind automatically showed me specific examples demonstrating the contrary... While I was making myself think about all negative things, my mind started showing me all my accomplishments, and how I had gone ahead in the Alpha lifestyle: in life, career, sports and in dating... Great remedy against pressure and lack of self-cofidence: To fight lack of self confidence, force yourself to feel bad, and let your mind show you that you are great.... A new remedy against lack of self confidence?...lol Anyway, great exercise.. Will retry it soon...
