language barriers
I work in a plant with mostly Mexican employees. Alot of the women here give me the eye and act flirtacious, but my spanish sucks. Is there anyway around this .

At the risk of being obvious... work on your Spanish. Even if you dont know nearly enough to carry a conversation, when you give it a shot, and try out a few sentences you just learned... you'll get a VERY favorable reaction.
Learn how to ask a girl out for date, and I'll bet you'll get a positive reaction.
